Happy Lunar New Year to all of you!

New Year has been always a very normal event for my family cos the places we've always go for visiting can count with only 1 hand! But I still love it cos I rarely had the time with family. So it's family time from the reunion dinner till a few days later :)

Went to a few of my good friends' POP, couldn't wake up even though Ger and Ches kept spamming me calls. But we were still able to make it for the 2nd half of the parade! What I did on my last day of 2011 and the first of 2012.

We spent our night watching Running Man tgt... It was an awesome night with all of my friends and Weijie and his parents were such a good host!

I'm truly blessed to start my 2012 like this. I started 2011 real bad but ended it with a great night and started a brand new year with countless good blessings. I'm glad to have my angels all around me throughout my difficult times in the past. I'm embracing my future happily now and I'm looking forward to my better life :)

Finally get to meet these 2 friends of mine that I used to hang out during my DPA times in TP. Got real lonely during the first 3 months of poly cos DPA students have to start 3 months earlier than normal jae students. But that was when I found my best poly mates. I miss the rest of the them too but we rarely meet up cos after that 3 months we were all split to our own courses. Didn't manage to meet up with m.y too cos she got caught up. But we'll all meet again very soon :)

Was craving for some Ice-cream chef last night, so Ches drove me to Katong to have my fav laksa and ice-cream!

It's such a blessing to have him... We quarrelled a lot in the beginning and I'm starting to accept the fact that he's not like anyone I used to have or anyone I want to have all along. I know I've to accept everything I see in him and he's just him and not anyone I can change just for my own preference. I learnt to be less sensitive and the past just have to the past. I won't let my past following me and I'll look forward to the future more often.

And I'll practice what I preach :)

Sometimes it keeps me wondering... how is it like having people chasing after you even when time does not really make any difference? Because I realised i've been chasing the whole lot of my life be it for anybody but was never been chased for.

At times like this, I really thank god for such special and nice people by my side. I'm so blessed with the people around me. Ches had been real busy with work lately and not having enough rest etc. But he'll never fail to meet me or buy food and deliver to my place after his 2nd shift. Rach is so caught up with her assignments, writing, writing and more writing. I pray for these 2 important people that you guys will have more time for rest and less time (and trouble) for work/school.

Spent my Halloween with friends at Scape! Kai was really being very enthusiastic with this haunted house event thingy at Scape. So all of us bought our tickets there and indeed, I got really freaked out in the beginning...

We ordered more food and dinner only cost us SGD 20++ and coincidentally there's someone who knows how to speak eng there, so ordering was much easier. Food was definitely delicious!

Street Market. Items here were hell expensive tsk tsk. Bet Bugis street was 2, 3 times cheaper and 2 times of better quality.

Kinda fun experience traveling on my own this time round. Was surprised how dad got so lenient with me, guess he really look upon Ches haha. Can't wait to save more now for more traveling in the future. Very interested to conquer taipei and korea soon! Service was really great and the people there were very polite. We had buggy to drive us from our villa to the lobby every time we leave our place. The massage was great and they had dinner served to our villa during our first night. Everything were rather perfect except the fact that earthquake hit bali when we were on the plane. But thank god it stopped when we alighted. Don't mind trying out phuket again if I'm considering some relaxation cos Lina said things are cheaper and better there!

Life's too simple like this. And I really like it. No trouble, no problems, no hatred... no, nothing but happiness.

But I really don't wanna jinx it.

Sometimes I want to know how are you doing now. I hope you're free from problems, I hope you no longer have those shitty debts anymore, I hope you've finally found your happiness that I can't give you before. But I doubt you're doing good now from what I know. Sometimes I do get that 'serve you right' kind of thinking once in a while. But I know it didn't last that long, even though I want to think that way as long as I could. What I want to tell you is that, I'm doing very well here. I no longer get haunt by whatever I called it 'nightmares' from before. I no longer hate you. I no longer feel sad for us. I no longer feel disappointed. I no longer think of how much time I've wasted on you. You got replaced by someone who is doing his job better than you in the past. You got replaced by Rach, by all of my friends. You're slowly going away in my mind. I want you to know, I'm good w/o you. And you got to be good w/o me too cos I know you will. And I'm going strong, stronger than before.

Life's good. And again, I really don't wanna jinx it.

Went on an errand trip with Rach on a weekday in town. We didn't forget about our fav ice-cream stall at SuperDog. Love their chocolate ice-cream! Brought Ches over to my uncle's ROM after party. Feeling happy for Uncle Edwin and Auntie Doris :) They're nice people and had helped me alot in my life, wish them all the best in the near future. It was a nice catch up with the few bunch of my fav cousins that night, but was quite a pity that Manda didn't join us.

Managed to meet up with friends for supper at Upp Thomson before Ale and Kai enlist. I hope both of them and Gerald are doing well in there now. Can't wait to see everyone back into the picture again :)

Finally got the time to visit H&M, and it was indeed quite a disappointment. But nonetheless, bought some dresses over there :p Still can't resist the temptations when it comes to shopping woo~ Ches bought the deal for Bali! Can't wait to indulge myself with massages, waves, rooftop dining, a private pool at the villa, pretty beaches... But firstly, need some nice sunglasses and swimwear for this getaway. Any recommendations?

Sometimes pretending is not exactly a way to escape from reality. Only when you're true to yourself, people around you will not pity you but will start accepting the nice part of you. That's what I've learnt from before and hate to pretend to be happy when I'm really not. I'm kinda glad I've learnt a lesson from this.
